Non permanent Part-time (16 flexible hours per week)
Note: This is a maternity leave position for 16 Weeks with the possibility of extension

The purpose of this position is to assist both the Communications and Office Manager in developing media across the different congregations and other office administration  roles as they arise. Primary communication responsibilities include preparing Sunday presentations, mobile app material and helping to prepare and distribute material for volunteers.The position reports to and works closely with both the Communications and Office Manager as well as the Senior Pastor. It also interacts with and assists other pastoral and office staff as required.

The Key Criteria includes:
  • Developing the slide presentations for our Sunday Services;
  • Editing/administrative tasks
  • Prepare and distribute information to volunteers 
  • Sunday Service Communications with volunteers using various software tools; 
  • Various administration tasks as they arise
