Take a peek at  KIDS@CHURCH

Kerryn Rudder at Belconnen and Sarah Rootes at North are our pastors responsible for our children’s ministry.

KIDS@CHURCH ON SUNDAY

Children are valued greatly as members of our church family.
At Kids @Church the children learn from the Bible through a variety of age-appropriate activities such as games, singing, craft and drama. Kids @Church begins part way through our church meetings at both our North and Belconnen congregations. This allows our church family to meet together as one body before continuing church in age-appropriate spaces.

Our school-age groups (K-6) learn from the same bible passage as their parents (where suitable). We do this to encourage our whole church to learn and grow together. Our younger groups (Under 5’s) work through foundational Bible stories and themes that help them to grasp God's love for them.

Safe Ministry

VOLUNTEER LEADERS

All of our Kids & Youth leaders are members of Crossroads and have completed Safe Ministry training.

Teaching children to follow Jesus is a great privilege and joy and we encourage all members of Crossroads to consider how they might be involved. Examples include being a regular class leader, leading for one term during the year, helping out on occasion, or supporting with other tasks.

Please consider how you can be involved in caring for the children in our church family.
