MINISTRY TRAINING STRATEGY

 The harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest - Matthew 9:37-38.

As a Crossroads family we want to play our part in raising up the next generation of ministry leaders. Some of these leaders will be equipped to serve and benefit Canberra, many will go on to lead and grow other gospel-minded churches and ministries to the ends of the earth.

We want to be generous to global mission so as to best model God’s heart for all people, not just ourselves. As part of this mission, we seek to train men and women in MTS apprenticeships. MTS stands for Ministry Training Strategy. It is a two year apprenticeship where our apprentices get to experience hands-on training for future gospel ministry. Willis has been part of the Crossroads family since 2018. He's currently serving in the Crossroads Belconnen and City congregations.

Alice grew up in Newcastle where she became a Christian through the local youth group. She joined Crossroads in 2022 after moving to Canberra from country NSW. She is currently serving at Crossroads North and Crossroads City.
