Policies and Reporting
We want Crossroads to be a safe space for all people, especially the weak and vulnerable. All our leaders are screened and undergo a training process. If you are required to start this process or need to update your safe ministry details CLICK HERE.
Alongside our other policies (see below), we have an Incidents Reporting and Complaints Policy which seeks to ensure we provide a fair, efficient, and effective process for addressing complaints and incidents related to the conduct of staff and volunteers of Crossroads Christian Church.
If you have questions concerning our process for making any type of report or complaint, please contact our Incidents Manager on incidents@crossroads.asn.au
