OFFICE/BUSINESS MANAGER POSITION

The Office/Business Manager is responsible for managing the day to day business operations of the Church and ensuring the administrative functions are working effectively to support pastoral staff and volunteers.
The role includes:
▪ Management of administrative staff (currently 2 part time staff)
▪ Ensuring all policies and processes, including tools and training are available to ensure the Church’s legal and compliance obligations are being met.
▪ Overseeing the Financial Accounts area, and in conjunction with the Senior Pastor and the Treasurer preparing the annual Church budget.
▪ Human Resources support.
▪ Facilities and asset management.
▪ Supporting the Work Health and Safety practices.
▪ Supporting the Safe Ministry practices.
▪ Events Support.
