Harvest is a two-year program for Crossroads members who want to give more of their time to serving alongside our pastors. You’ll become part of the ministry team for at least one day each week — contributing your experience, developing new ministry skills, receiving mentoring and getting involved in the practical work of growing and serving God’s people.
At its heart, Harvest is about gospel partnership — pastors and congregation members working side by side to help make more and more lifelong disciples of Jesus in Canberra.
