Harvest is a two-year, part-time ministry leadership program designed to mature and equip Christian leaders for substantial, long-term service at Crossroads. It is for Christians who are already actively serving, demonstrate godly character, and are humble, teachable and eager to grow.
Through personal mentoring, group theological training and hands-on ministry experience, Harvest will help you grow in Christian character, deepen your biblical convictions and develop practical ministry skills. Participants are invited to set aside approximately one day each week for ministry and training, with flexibility around work and family responsibilities.
